Meet The Team

Amberly (Ambika Devi Dasi)

Owner of Soul n Sun Holistic Health and Aurally Yoga

Amberly is the owner of Soul n Sun Holistic Health, where she focuses on yogic and astrological education, energetic restoration, and bridges Ayurveda with western nutrition. She has an in-depth understanding of alchemical herbalism, which brings a whole systems approach to finding rejuvenation and balance for her clients.

Amberly has dedicated her life to understanding science and spirituality so she can build a rainbow bridge for spirit and science to be the holistic approach for overall health, wealth, and abundance.

This year, 2025, marks Amberly's 20th anniversary as a practitioner of yoga. She is now a certified hatha yoga teacher who primarily focuses her teachings on the Eight-Limbed-Path of Raja Yoga, which was taught to her through the lineage of Krishnamacharya and his son Sri Desikachar.

Amberly often quotes from the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali when she reminds us that "practice becomes firmly grounded when well attended to, for a long time, without break, and in all earnestness." ~ Sutra 1.14

Kat (Angelica)

Owner of Kat Angelica Art & Healing and Founder of HeARTsong, Artist, Art Medicine Practitioner and Usui Reiki Master

Guided by the values of loving awareness, gratitude, and connection, Kat is an artist, art medicine practitioner, and Usui Reiki Master dedicated to helping others find healing, transformation, and joy in their lives.

Her journey into this work began during the COVID pandemic when she discovered the profound power of artmaking as a tool for emotional release and healing. Paired with Reiki, this transformative practice sparked a deep healing of her own physical and emotional traumas and revealed her life’s purpose: to help others experience the same powerful shifts.

With a profound sense of connection to Mother Earth and Spirit, Kat weaves creativity, energy work, and gratitude into her practice, creating spaces where healing and self-expression flourish. She believes in the power of art to unlock emotions, release burdens, and foster love and connection within ourselves and with the world around us.

Before fully stepping into her role as a healer, Kat cultivated a background in administration and customer service, as well as teaching both children and adults, sharing her passion for learning and creativity across generations. She also holds a degree in Interior Design, which deepened her understanding of how environment and energy influence well-being.

Through her workshops, Reiki sessions, and art medicine practices, [Your Name] invites participants to embark on their own journeys of healing and self-discovery. Her work is rooted in the belief that everyone has the ability to cultivate love, gratitude, and connection in their lives and that creativity is a transformative bridge to wholeness.

Kim (Devi Atma Kaur)

Kundalini Yoga Teacher and Founder of S.K.Y - Sky Kundalini Yoga

Kim, with the spiritual name Devi Atma Kaur, which means Princess/Lioness whose angelic soul is attuned to the Divine, teaches privately and publicly, for individuals, small groups and large events.

Kim discovered Kundalini Yoga 20+ years ago. During a deep depression and hating her corporate job, she found herself struggling with addictions (both substances and negative beliefs) that were negatively impacting her life. She was generally unhealthy and unhappy, and was being launched onto a conscious spiritual path, kicking and screaming!

Upon participating in her first yoga class (Kundalini), she began activating a sensory system within her including intention, breathwork, asana, dristi, mudra, mantra, music and spiritual connection that changed the trajectory of her life.

10 years ago, after experiencing deep grief and anger, feeling lost and adrift without an anchor to call her own, Kim decided to attend Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training - KYTT. Through KYTT, she gained powerful tools to help herself and finally realized she is actually meant to be a Teacher! That freaked her out and changed her life.

S.K.Y - Spirit Kundalini Yoga is a technology of expanded awareness where Kim cultivates a spiritual, transformational experience. SKY is her way of helping herself and being a living testimonial. SKY can support you too! One session is enough to know.

Maricel

Heart Radiance Kundalini Activation Facilitator, Lomi Lomi Hawaiian Massage Therapist and Reiki Master

Maricel is a Certified Massage Therapist, Reiki Master, and Kundalini Activation Light Integration (KALI) Facilitator. She specializes in Lomi Lomi Hawaiian Massage, and loves to integrate the Hawaiian spiritual culture in her healing services. She studied at Healing Hands School of Holistic Health in Escondido, California from 2011-2012. In 2016, she studied with instructors from Hawaii at a local Sacred Lomi® retreat rooted in the lineage of Kahu Abraham Kawai’i (sometimes referred to as Temple Style Lomi, Hawaiian Temple Bodywork, or Kahuna Bodywork). She also studied under a shaman at Balanced Energies Reiki and Shamanism School in Temecula.

She has been practicing massage and reiki for 12 years, and recently has felt drawn to KALI to help with her own personal evolution as well as her career. Maricel feels KALI helps her become more aligned with herself and her purpose, and strongly feels called to share this utmost, beautiful, and powerful energy with others to help them empower themselves. Maricel desires to be a conduit for healing, love, and light, and KALI gives her the opportunity to be just that. She also practices yoga, tai chi, and meditation, which she incorporates into her bodywork.

Her work was featured in SD Voyager, and in 2019 and 2020 she was awarded Best Reiki Therapist in Solana Beach, where her first massage practice was located. She also had the pleasure to work and train at The Chopra Center, and is grateful to share Ayurvedic massage techniques.

In the beginning of 2020, she closed her practice due to the pandemic and moved to Las Vegas, Nevada, where she passed the Massage and Bodywork Licensing Exam and learned other modalities from several spas that she worked for. Her credentials include cupping therapy and Himalayan salt stone massage, which she now offers in her private practice.

Since early 2022, Maricel’s love for her family and the ocean has led her to move back to California. She reopened her practice, and is now offering her services in the Temecula area.

Mary

Transformation Breath & Ascension Coach

Mary O'Dwyer brings a wealth of experience and a deeply personal journey to her work in transformational healing.

Raised near Ireland's enchanting Blarney Castle, Mary later moved to the U.S. to pursue a Ph.D. in Food Science and Chemistry, balancing a successful scientific career and family life. However, her world shifted when her eldest son was diagnosed with autism, sparking a quest for holistic healing that reconnected her to her divine potential and opened the door to profound transformation.

As the founder of The Breath of New Life, Mary now helps women release pain, rediscover their inner strength, and create lasting change through breathwork and other healing modalities. Her unique blend of scientific precision and spiritual depth creates a powerful pathway for others to heal and thrive.

We are thrilled to welcome Mary to the HeARTsong community, where her transformational services and compassionate approach will inspire and empower everyone she works with. Sand (they/them) embodies the archetype of the healer' - one who has walked through the fire of life's trials and emerged with profound medicine to share. Their path of service is built upon both lived experience and extensive formal training, creating a unique bridge between ancient wisdom and contemporary healing practices.

Formally initiated in multiple shamanic traditions in: • Contemporary Shamanism (Foundation for Shamanic Studies) • Sea Shamanism • Wind Shamanism • Celtic Shamanism • Usui Reiki Master • Karuna Reiki Master • Member of the Reiki Healing Association

Their practice is continuously deepened through daily communion with helping spirits, healing guides, and ancestral wisdom keepers who provide ongoing guidance and teachings.

As a wife, mother of three, and survivor of domestic violence and cancer, she draws from her personal journey of resilience to inspire others on their paths to healing and transformation.

Of indigenous descent, Vee honors the wisdom of her ancestors by weaving ancient healing traditions into her work, fostering a profound connection between mind, body, spirit, and the natural world. Her mission is to guide others toward self-discovery and holistic well-being through practices that blend ancestral teachings with modern techniques.

Committed to living authentically and challenging societal norms, Vee is passionate about helping families reconnect with nature and each other. By carving her own path and stepping outside "the matrix," she encourages others to live intentionally, honor their roots, and create meaningful change in their lives and communities.
